Think of this as a way to teach your stakeholders how to stop spinning their wheels trying to address symptoms when they should be focusing on the problem. This workshop helps stakeholders become organizational diagnosticians. It has the added benefit of stopping people from thinking everything is simply a training issue! How about we actually determine what the problem is BEFORE we develop the solution.
